The Watercolour Collection

At the heart of the Sild Hall Collection of watercolours are several masterpieces by the well-known artist L Thomas .

The current Earl has always been a keen collector of art and spotted this artist before fame had increased the value of her work and put it out of the reach of most new collectors.

The curator of the collection, Major Frodsham, is in the process of producing a range of merchandise based on these beautiful images. It is optimistically hoped that by next year there will be a full range of products including a series of limited edition prints from the collection, greetings cards, postcards, place mats, table linen, porcelain and other items. These will all be on sale in the shop from March 2006, but in the meantime they can be ordered direct from the curator.
